In her article about onboarding new employees, here:  Gottschalk touches on some things I think fit into that psychological contract or PC.

For instance, Gottschalk says new employees need to know the following from paragraph 4 of her article:

She also states “Sharing who you are as a manager — what you value, how you work best, what you are looking for performance-wise in the context of their role, even your career backstory” can ease a new worker’s transition into the workplace and sets both the new employee and the organization on a good track for future success.
